I appreciated the hotel's fantastic location, as it was just a short walk from Cardiff Central Railway station and right across from the Motorpoint Arena. However, my experience was marred by several issues, including a poor parking situation and uncomfortable room conditions, particularly concerning noise and mattress quality. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff did their best to resolve some of the issues that arose during my stay.
